Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026.

These terms apply to your use of FreeDoc (freedoc.live), operated by Island Global Company. By using FreeDoc you agree to them.

Educational information only

FreeDoc is a library of general health information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship. FreeDoc does not evaluate individual situations. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with questions about a medical condition, medication or test result, and do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on FreeDoc.

Emergencies

FreeDoc cannot tell whether a situation is an emergency. If you think you or someone else may be having a medical emergency, call 911 (in the US) or your local emergency number. In the US, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available by call or text at 988, and Poison Control is available at 1-800-222-1222.

Accuracy

We work to keep guides accurate and current and list their sources, but medical knowledge changes and guides may not reflect the latest research. FreeDoc is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Island Global Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on FreeDoc.

Use of content

You may read, share links to and print guides for personal, non-commercial use. Do not republish guides in bulk without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of FreeDoc after changes means you accept the updated terms.
